Thank you for submitting an event to Gail's Guides. It would not be possible for us to create such great books, without the information provided by you!

We have started accepting forms electronically for both the Washington and Oregon Events Guides and the Pacific Northwest Bazaar Guide.

If your event is mostly Arts and Crafts related, the Bazaar Guide is what you are looking for. The Bazaar Guide is used extensively by Vendors and Customers looking for Crafting Events in their area. The Bazaar Guide is printed in July. All events that miss the printed version, have changes to their printed listing, or find they are still in need of vendors are welcome in the eBazaar Guide Update.

For all other events, the Washington State and Oregon State Events Guide is the place to be. The Events Guides are printed in January .

If you are submitting a Haunted house for the PNW Haunted House Guide use the form below. The Haunted House Guide is released online in October.

Both forms are .pdf forms that can be filled out on the screen and submitted back to us by using the "Submit by Email" button, then choosing which type of email you have (outlook or web mail) and pressing Send on the email message that pops up. Follow the directions for "Other" if neither of the above work for you.

Please check that you have an email addressed to Gails Guides in your Sent Mail!  I will respond to the first email  letting you know that your event was received.

If you have any problems filling out any of the forms, it seems the easiest fix is to upgrade you Adobe Acrobat Reader to a more current version. Here is the link...
